(1) Maximum Speed
The maximum speed for the actuator is limited due to the resonance of the ball screw axis and the
limitation of the number of motor rotation.

CAUTION: Please do not establish the speed or acceleration/deceleration settings beyond the
rated values. It may cause an occurrence of vibration, malfunction, or shorten the
product life.
When having the actuator run to synchronize the multi axes, adjust the speed
setting to the axis with the maximum speed and the acceleration/deceleration to the
axis with the minimum acceleration/deceleration.
Setting especially the acceleration/deceleration beyond the rated values may cause
a creep or a slip of the coupling.
