(2) Greasing method
Grease the guide by following the procedure below:
[1] Apply grease between the slider and base, as
shown to the left.
Apply grease on the opposite side in the same
manner.
[2] Spread the grease evenly between the slider
and base using a spatula, as shown to the left.
Spread the grease evenly on the opposite side
in the same manner.
[3] Move the slider back and forth several times
by hand.
[4] Repeat steps [1], [2] and [3].
[5] Use a waste cloth, etc., to wipe off excess
grease from the slider.
Caution:
In case the grease got into your eye, immediately go to see the doctor to get an appropriate care.
After finishing the grease supply work, wash your hands carefully with water and soap to rinse the
grease OFF.
