6.3 Connecting the Actuator

6.3.1 Connecting the Motor Cable (M1/M2)

Connect the motor cable from the actuator to the

applicable motor connector on the front face of the

controller.

6.3.2 Connecting the Encoder Cable (PG1/PG2)

Connect the encoder cable from the actuator to the

applicable encoder connector on the front face of the

controller.

Caution: With the absolute specification,

disconnect the absolute-data

backup battery connector before

connecting the encoder cable.

Connect the absolute-data

backup battery connector after

turning on the main power.
