3. BEFORE STARTING
Inordertomaximizetheservicelifeofyourwaterpump,alwaysdo
a pre-operation inspection before every run:
1) Look underneath the water pump to check for any puddles of
leakinguids.
2) Inspect the water pump for any signs of physical damage.
3) Check whether all nuts, screws, bolts, and clamps are tight and
not loose.
4) Make sure the hoses which you are using are the reinforced
construction type.
5) Check engine oil level

2.Checktheoillevelbyinsertingthedipstickintothellercheck
withoutrotating.Ifthelevelislow,lltotheupperlimitoftheoil
llerneckwiththerecommendedoil.(RefertoFig.3.1)
3.Reinstalltheoilllercapandtightencarefully.

Be sure to check the pump on a level surface with the
engine stopped.
WARNING
Low oil level will cause serious damage to a running
engine.
