Injectors-Replacement
Preparatory Steps:
• Thoroughly clean around the injectors.
• Remove the high pressure fuel lines.
•Remove the fuel drain manifold.

Remove the injectors.

Clean the injector nozzle bore, using Service Tool No.
3822509.
Lubricate the sealing lips of the sleeve with anti-seize
compound. Package the injector, sealing sleeve, a new
copper sealing washer and the hold down clamp.
Use only one washer
Service Tip: A light coat of clean 15W40 engine oil between
the washer and injector can help to keep the washer from
falling during installation.
