Troubleshooting
PROBLEM SOLUTION
There is no power to the
LCD display.
Check the power lead is
pushed firmly into power
socket at rear of machine.
Turn the power off and then
back on again at the main
power switch
If there is no light at the
power switch on the rear of
the ma- chine, change the
fuse (spare fuse is supplied
inside fuse holder in mains
socket).
The machine is moving on
the
floor at higher frequency.
Ensure the machine is on a
firm stable surface.
Install the machine onto
the
docking plate.
The platform won’t move
and I can hear the motor
running, or there is a
squealing sound.
The internal drive belt may
require adjustment, please
