HWAM 2600 Lighting Guide - Special Information User information You have purchased a HWAM 2600 with HWAM® Autopilot™ or HWAM® SmartControl™, and that is why we have some special information for you. The bottom of the combustion chamber of HWAM 2600 comes with a special feature. To make room for HWAM® Autopilot™ or HWAM® SmartControl™ behind the ash pan, the ash pan grate has been placed up close to the door.
In connection with re-stoking, a layer of embers at the very back of the combustion chamber may, in extreme situations, cause gasification before the appearance of any flames. This may result in a minor gas explosion (deflagration), whereby smoke will be sent into the room. Once you are aware of the above and incorporate our recommendations in your lighting routines, lighting should be trouble-free. We wish you all the best with your HWAM 2600.
