HEAT STORAGE & STONE CLADDING When you choose a wood-burning stove with stone cladding, you get a stove with a unique appearance, since every stone has its own distinctive feature. Besides, there are other tangible benefits. We know of heat storage from masonry stoves, where the heat is stored in the stones surrounding the combustion chamber.
