Three (3) Year (300 Hour) Limited Warranty
Hustler
®
Turf Equipment, makes the following
warranty to the original purchaser only:
a. The Hustler
®
Raptor
®
SD & Raptor
®
SDX are
warranted for three (3) years or 300 hours,
whichever comes first, from date of delivery on
all materials and workmanship.
If the Purchaser discovers within this warranty
period a defect in materials or workmanship:
 He must promptly notify an authorized Hus-
tler
®
Turf Equipment dealer of the defect. In
no event shall such notification be received
by an authorized Hustler Turf Equipment
dealer later than thirty-seven (37) months
from date of delivery.
 Within a reasonable time after such notifica-
tion, Hustler
®
Turf Equipment, will correct any
defect in material or workmanship on the
Hustler
®
turf equipment, by repairing or
replacing part(s) with either new or used
replacement parts.
 Such repair, including parts and labor shall be
at the expense of Hustler
®
Turf Equipment,
and,
b. The engine warranty is covered by the engine
manufacturer. Please refer to the engine
manufacturer’s warranty statement that is
provided with the equipment. Hustler
®
Turf
Equipment, Inc. does not provide warranty
adjustments or repairs on engines. Nor do they
guarantee or imply that any engine
manufacturer will comply with the terms of its
warranty, and,
c. The battery is covered by a one (1) year limited
warranty to the original purchaser only.
Rental Warranty

Raptor
®
SD & Raptor
®
SDX mowers used in
rental applications are not covered by warranty.
Evaporative Emission Control System
The evaporative emission control system is designed,
built and equipped so it conforms at the time of sale to
the ultimate purchaser.
Hustler
®
Turf Equipment, makes the following war-
ranty to the original purchaser and each subsequent
purchaser:
a. The evaporative emission control system is
warranted for two (2) years. If any evaporative
emission-related part on your equipment is
defective in material or workmanship, the part
will be repaired or replaced by Hustler
®
Turf
Equipment.
Your evaporative emission control system may
include parts such as: fuel tanks, fuel lines, fuel
line fittings, fuel caps, carbon canisters, canister
mounting brackets, carburetor purge port
connection, filters, vapor hoses, clamps, control
valves, control solenoids, electronic controls,
vacuum control diaphrams, purge valves, liquid/
vapor separator and other associated
components. Additional evaporative
components set forth in 40 CFR 1068, Appendix
I may also be covered.
If the Purchaser discovers within this warranty
period (two (2) years from date of delivery) a
defect in materials or workmanship:
 He must promptly notify an authorized Hus-
tler
®
turf equipment dealer of the defect. In no
event shall such notification be received by
an authorized Hustler
®
turf equipment dealer
later than twenty-five (25) months from date
of delivery.
 Within a reasonable time after such notifica-
tion, Hustler
®
Turf Equipment will correct any
defect in material or workmanship on the
Hustler
®
turf equipment, by repairing or
replacing part(s) with either new or used
replacement parts.
