Raising the vehicle
Raise the vehicle to the desired height using
the jack (A).

Extending the post
IMPORTANT: Place jack stands under support points
specied by the manufacturer. DO NOT crawl under the
vehicle when placing or removing stands.
Extend the post (D) on the jack stand to the
height of the axle or at reinforced framed
surface.
Make sure both jack stands are at an equal
height and will support the load evenly when
the lifting device is removed.

Lowering the load onto the
jack stands
WARNING: To avoid pinching or crushing hands or feet,
ALWAYS keep them clear of the jack hinge and ground
contact area when lowering the vehicle. The jack is a
lifting device only. DO NOT move or dolly the vehicle while
it is on the jack.
Slowly lower the load onto the jack stands
using the jack (A) and check to ensure the load
is located on the center portion of the saddle
(C). If the load is not located on the center of
the saddle (C) or if the load is unstable, relift
the load and reposition the jack stands to
ensure proper positioning before continuing
with work or repairs.
When nished with repairs, carefully raise
the vehicle using the jack (A) enough to clear
the stands, making sure the vehicle remains
stable.
Remove the stands. Do not crawl under the
vehicle in the process.
Following instructions provided with your
lifting device, carefully lower the vehicle to the
ground.
