Assembly This Husky 27 in. Side Locker is only intended to be used with the Husky 61 in. 15-Dr. Heavy Duty Workbench (H61MWC15HP) AND the Husky 61 in. Hutch and Riser (H61HUTCH). H61HUTCH must be installed onto H61MWC15HP prior to installation of H27LOCKER. Model # H61MWC15HP SKU # 1005517358 Model # H61HUTCH SKU # 1005657708 Side Locker is designed to attach to either side of the Husky 61 in. 15-Drawer Heavy Duty Workbench. - If mounting to the RIGHT side of the Workbench, then proceed to Step 1.

Remove the Power outlet (C) from the left wall of the Locker (A) by removing the 6 Phillips head screws from the outlet panel cover (D) and gently pulling the Power outlet (C) and holder from the cabinet. A Opening direction D C 3. Remove from the H61MWC15HP Workbench, the side handle, bottle opener, rubber grommet, 2 power cord storage hooks, power outlet and holder. 4.
2 Power outlet orientation 1. Re-install the Power outlet (C) in the desired location of the Locker (A). 2. The power outlet (C) can be installed on the left or right hand side of the Locker (A), either facing to the inside or outside orientation. C A A C 3. If needed, add the blank plate (E) to the outside of the Locker (A) using the 6 Phillips head screws to cover the power outlet opening. E E 3 Attaching the casters 1. Be sure the door is locked and lay the Locker (A) down.
4 Align Side Locker to the Workbench 1. Place the Foam Block (CC) next to the Workbench. 2. Move and align the Side Locker (A) to the Workbench and seat it on the Foam Block (CC) to maintain balance. Then lock the caster wheels. CAUTION: Do not push the side locker at this time to prevent tipping. Lock the caster wheels on the Workbench and Locker to prevent moving. Perform this step on even floors to ensure alignment. CC 5 Attach Side Locker 1.
6 Attach the storage hooks 1. Install the Storage Hooks (FF) on the back of the Side Locker with 4 pcs Hexagon socket button cap bolts (GG). FF GG 7 Inserting the shelves 1. Determine the desired height of your Shelves (F) and secure by inserting shelf edges into the tabs flanges on the right and left panels.
2. The locker has pre-installed closet rod inserts on the right and left panels which is suitable for closet rods up to 1.25 in. diameter (not included).
