Warranty
Nuera air warranty is applicable to the original owner only. The warranty will be null and void in the following cases: if the central vacuum is
used on electrical currents other than specified, if the vacuum and its accessories are used on a wet surface or repaired by a non-qualified
person.
MONEY BACK
NUERA air commits to reimburse any new and unused purchased material with exception to the labour cost and related taxes within a
period of one (1) month following the date the consumer took possession of the Nuera central vacuum system.
CENTRAL VACUUM SYSTEM 3 years 100%
For three (3) full years, beginning on the date of purchase, NUERA air agrees to repair or replace free of charge any part(s) of the central
vacuum system found to be defective as long as the system itself was used under normal conditions, installed and maintained according to
the instructions provided with the system.
5 years - parts
Parts and motor(s) of the Nuera Air central vacuum system are guaranteed against all defects for a period of five (5) years, (although the
motor(s) carbon brushes are only warranted for three (3) years), beginning on the date of purchase (the first three (3) years include labour).
ACCESSORIES, CARPET SWEEPERS & FLEXIBLE HOSES 2 years - 100%
The accessories, carpet sweepers and flexible hoses used adequately and under normal conditions, are guaranteed for a period of two (2)
years against all manufacturing defects. However this warranty does not cover the following carpet beaters components: the turbine, belt,
light bulbs, carbon brushes and ball bearings.
PIPE, FITTINGS AND WALL INLETS 3 years - parts
Pipe, fittings and wall inlets are guaranteed for a three (3) year period against all manufacturing defects as long as the installation was done
in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
However, this warranty is valid for the material only and does not cover breakage due to an inadequate installation. The installer is entirely
responsible for the installation of the aforementioned material.
IN ORDER TO BENEFIT FROM THE AFTER SALES SERVICE, ACCORDING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WARRANTY,
THE OWNER MUST EITHER TAKE THE UNIT OR SHIP IT PREPAID TO A SERVICE CENTER OR DIRECTLY TO NUERA. CONTACT
NUERA AT INFO@NUERA-AIR.COM OR 1-800-361-3965 FOR SPECIFIC RETURN INSTRUCTIONS. SHIPPING AND DISPLACEMENT
CHARGES ARE NOT COVERED BY THE NUERA AIR WARRANTY.
The invoice must accompany the defective vacuum or products. The warranty registration card, which accompanies the central vacuum, can
not serve as a proof of purchase. This card is only for reference in the event that we may need to communicate to you potential changes or
new information.
NOTES AND PROMISES OF EQUITY
This warranty can not be considered as a modification to applicable laws and to the instruction
booklet, but as a complement. This warranty is not transferable and NUERA air
is not at all responsible for damages that could happen.
