AIR SUPPLY AND CONNECTIONS
The connect or on the t ool m ust not hold
pressure w hen air supply is disconnected.
Do not use any type of react ive gases,
including, but not limited to, oxygen and
combust ible gases, as a pow er source.
Use only a pressure- regulat ed com pressed
air source to limit t he air pressure supplied to
the t ool.
If
an incorrect fitting is used, the tool can remain
charged with air after disconnecting and thus will
be able to drive a fastener even after the air line
is disconnected, possibly causing injury.
Use
filtered, lubricated, regulated compressed air
only. Use of a reactive gas instead of
compressed air may cause the tool to explode
which will cause death or serious personal injury.
The regulated pressure must not
exceed 100psi. If the regulator fails, the pressure
delivered to the tool must not exceed 200psi.
Before unloading or making adjustments.
When maintaining the tool.
When clearing a jam.
When touching the safety yoke.
When tool is not in use.
When moving to a different work area.
Such precautionary measures reduce the risk
of injury to persons.
Alw ays disconnect air source:
LOADING TOOL
Do not load the tool w it h fasteners w hen any
one of t he operating cont rols is activat ed.
Never place a hand or any part of body in
fastener discharge area of t ool.
Never point tool at anyone.
Do not pull the trigger or depress the
w orkpiece contact as accident al actuation
may occur, possibly causing injury.
The w arnings and precautions discussed
above cannot cover all possible
conditions and sit uat ions that may occur.
It must be underst ood by t he user t hat
comm on sense and caut ion are fact ors
w hich cannot be built into this product,
but m ust be supplied by the user.

UNPACK I NG
This t ool has been shipped completely
assembled.
Carefully remove t he t ool and any
accessories from the box.
Inspect t he t ool carefully to make sure no
breakage or damage occurred during
shipping.
Do not discard the packing material unt il you
have carefully inspect ed and satisfactorily
operat ed the tool.
If any parts are damaged or m issing, please

If any parts are missing do not operate
this t ool until t he missing part s are
replaced. Failure to do so could result in
possible serious personal injury.

LOADING FASTENERS

Connect the tool to the air source.
Insert strip of fasteners rom the rear of
magazine(A). Be sure the fasteners are pointed
downward .(See figure 1 & figure 2)

This tool uses a spring loaded bypass lever in
order to load and upload the nails. Once the nails
are properly inserted, pull the pusher(B)
completely back, pressing against the bypass
lever of the pusher.(See figure 3)
Once the pusher hits the back of magazine,
allow the pusher to slide forward and engage the
nails, pushing them to the nose of the tool.
(See figure 4)

Respect the tool as a working implement.

while tool is in operation as accidental
actuation may occur, possibly causing injury.
