Pre-Installation PLANNING INSTALLATION Decide where and how high you would like your track wall section installed. You must start and finish on studs. Studs should be centered 16 in. apart in order to support 75 lbs per square foot. NOTE: In order to support 75 lbs per square foot, your studs must be a maximum of 16 in. apart. TOOLS REQUIRED Stud finder Drill Level Pencil Mitre saw Snips If you plan on cutting your panels For cutting trims to length.

Installation 1 Select the location for your Husky Track Wall Panels □□ Both the left and right sides of Husky Track Wall Panels should fasten into studs. □□ Husky Track Wall Panels are 48.5 in. height (when assembled). Select the desired elevation at which to begin assembly of your Husky Track wall Panels and mark a horizontal level line at which to start from the bottom. NOTE: In order to support 75 lbs per square foot, your studs must be a maximum of 16 in. apart. ? 48.5 in. 96 in. ? 16 in.
Installation (continued) 4 Install vertical J-trims □□ Cut the remaining J-Trim (B) into two – 481∕2 in. pieces. □□ Overlap the vertical J-trim over the horizontal J-trim and secure at the bottom by fastening into the studs using screws (BB). □□ The wide side should fasten to the wall as shown in inset A. □□ Fasten into the stud using one screw (BB) at the top of the trim as indicated by arrows below. □□ Measure the distance between left and right edges to confirm that the distance between them is 96 in.
Installation (continued) 6 Continue Installation x9 □□ Insert the next panel (A) into the vertical J-trim (B) at one side. x 63 A BB □□ Curve the panel slightly to the vertical J-trim (B) at the other side. The second panel (A) should interlock over the first panel’s screw channel, but leaving the hook channel accessible. Properly interlocked panels will conceal all screws. □□ Press down on the top of the second panel (A) to ensure that it is properly interlocked with the one below.
Care and Cleaning □□ Clean with soft cloth and mild detergents. □□ Do not use sharp objects or abrasive cleaners. □□ Dry using soft cloth. Operation □□ Statement of weight capacity: 75 lbs per square foot □□ WARNING: Do not overload □□ Warranty is null and void if not installed as per assembly instructions — mounted to studs. Troubleshooting Concrete or block wall installation □□ To install over concrete or cinder block, fasten 2 x 3 in. studs or furring strips to your walls using tap cons or other specialty fasteners first, then proceed to install Husky Track Wall Panels as per the Assembly Instructions. 24 in. stud centers □□ Husky® Track Wall panels are designed to hold 75 lbs per square foot when installed as directed in studs spaced 16 in. apart.

Pre-Instalación PLANEAR INSTALACIÓN Decida dónde y a qué altura desea instalar su sección de muro de entramado. Debe comenzar y terminar sobre los pernos. Los pernos deben centrarse a 16 pulgadas uno del otro para poder soportar 75 libras por pie cuadrado. Instalación 1 Seleccione la ubicación de los Paneles de Muro de Entramado Husky® □□ Tanto el lado izquierdo como el derecho de los Paneles de Muro de Entramado Husky deben apoyarse en pernos. □□ Los Paneles de Muro de Entramado Husky tienen 48,5 pulgadas de altura (ensanblado montados). Seleccione la altura a la cual desea comenzar a ensamblar sus Paneles de Muro de Entramado Husky y marque una línea de nivel horizontal, la cual será la parte inferior desde donde comenzará.
Instalación (continuación) 4 Instalar rieles-J verticales □□ Coloque el riel-J vertical sobre el riel-J horizontal y asegúrelo en la parte inferior fijándolo a los pernos usando los tornillos (BB). □□ El lado ancho debe sujetarse a la pared como se muestra en la imagen A. □□ Sujete el perno con un tornillo (BB) en la parte superior del riel como lo indican las siguientes flechas. □□ Mida la distancia entre los bordes izquierdo y derecho para confirmar que sea de 48 pulgadas.
Installation (continued) 6 Continuar Instalación x9 A □□ Inserte un lado del primer panel (A) a un lado del riel-J vertical (B). x 63 BB □□ Haga que el panel se curve ligeramente para insertarlo al riel-J (B) del otro lado. El segundo panel (A) debe conectarse sobre el canal del tornillo del primer panel, pero dejando acceso al canal de enganche. Al conectar los paneles correctamente, los tornillos quedaran ocultados.

Diagnostico de Problemas Instalación de bloques de hormigón o concreto □□ Para instalarlo sobre bloques de cemento u hormigón, primero fije pernos o tiras enrasadas a las paredes usando sujetadores especiales, luego proceda a instalar los Paneles de Muro de Entramado Husky siguiendo las instrucciones de Ensamblaje.
