• Modications on your helmet are not recommended. Modications or adjustments which are carried out by yourself
can lead to less safety in case of a possible accident.
Your own Safety:
It is important for the helmet to t snugly on your head and must be fastened to provide maximum protection.
All adjustments should be checked each time the helmet is worn, making sure it ts snugly at all time.
Failure to follow each instruction can result in serious injury or death.
Position of the helmet:
The helmet should sit level on your head and low on your forehead - one or two nger widths above your eyebrow.
The Helmet Must Cover Your Forehead.
Fit:
A well-tted helmet is comfortable. You should forget you are wearing it most of the time, just like a seat belt or a pair
of shoes. If it impinges on your riding enjoyment, something is wrong. If it still does not t, keep working with the
straps and pads.
