Modications on your helmet are not recommended. Modications or adjustments which are carried out by yourself
can lead to less safety in case of a possible accident.
Your own Safety:
It is important for the helmet to t snugly on your head and must be fastened to provide maximum protection.
All adjustments should be checked each time the helmet is worn, making sure it ts snugly at all time.
Failure to follow each instruction can result in serious injury or death.
Position of the helmet:
The helmet should sit level on your head and low on your forehead - one or two nger widths above your eyebrow.
The Helmet Must Cover Your Forehead.
Fit:
A well-tted helmet is comfortable. You should forget you are wearing it most of the time, just like a seat belt or a pair
of shoes. If it impinges on your riding enjoyment, something is wrong. If it still does not t, keep working with the
straps and pads.
