The following 3 steps are needed to preset call restriction:
1 .Select the scope of call restriction:
 Home calls;
 International calls;
 All calls;
 International roaming receiving calls;
 All receiving calls;
 Off;
2. Limited service catalogs
 All services（including voice call ,data, fax, short messages, etc. ）;
 Voice call;
 Data:
 Fax
 Short message
 Service except short message
3. Select on/off function and confirm by pressing the left-soft key to remind you
of entering the network password （ provided by the network supplier）
◆ Fixed dialing:
If this function preset(needs to enter PIN 2 code）, you can only outgo calls against
the numbers stored in the fixed dialing list, while the regular phonebook will no
longer be valid.
