Trouble
Possible Reasons
Unable to make
calls
1. Is the SIM card registered in the network? Check if the
screen displays the name of the network operator.
2. Is call barring enabled?
3. Calling prohibited due to call charges not paid?
4. Have you enabled the function of FDN?
5. Have you set “Not Display Own Number” and rejected by
the network?
Unable to receive
calls
1. Is the SIM card registered in the network?
2. Incoming call prohibited due to call charges not paid?
3. Is call forwarding enabled?
4. Is the "Bar incoming call" function in call barring enabled?
The network operator doesn't support, or requires registration.
Please contact the network operator.
Fail to set functions
Enter the PUK code supplied with the SIM card to unlock or
contact the network operator.
PIN locked
Enter the PUK2 code supplied with the SIM card to unlock or
contact the network operator.
PIN2 locked
