Trouble
Possible Reasons
Unable to switch
on your phone
1. Any power in the battery?
2. Is the battery installed properly?
1. Check if the charger is correctly connected with the phone.
2. Is the battery usable? The performance of the battery will
be degraded after used for several years.
3. The battery is overdischarged. The phone access slow
charging mode after connecting to the charger, at this
moment, the phone has no display information. Wait for
about 15 minutes, according to the discharging degree,
hen the phone can be charged ordinarily.
1. The signal is too weak or there may be some radio inter
ference round. Check the signal strength meter on the screen
to see whether vertical lines are not displayed.
2. Is the SIM card installed properly, poorly contacted or
damaged? If the SIM card is damaged, please ask your
network operator for replacement.
