2. Is the battery still useable?The battery performance will
degrade due to several years' use.
3. The battery is over-discharged.The phone will come into
the slow charging mode after connected to the charger, this
moment the phone has no display. The phone can normally
be charged 10 minutes later depending on the degree of
discharging.
Network lost
1. The signal is too weak， There may be some radio
interference all round. Check whether the signal strength
meter on the screen fails to show vertical lines.
2. The SIM card is located correctly, poorly connected or
damaged? (If damaged, please ask your network operator
for replacement).
Can not make
calls
1. Registered in the network? Check whether the screen
displays the name of your network operator?
2. Call barring is enabled?
3. Calling prohibited due to call costs not paid?
4. You have activated the function of fixed dialing numbers?
Can not answer
1. Registered in the network?
2. Answering calls prohibited due to call costs not paid?
3. Call diverting is enabled?

No support by the network operator or it needs to register,

PIN1 locked
Enter the PUK code provided together with the SIM card to
unlock or contact your network operator.
PIN2 locked
Enter the PUK2 code provided together with the SIM card to
unlock or contact your network operator.
Call costs
meters inactive
No transferring metering pulses, please contact your network
operator.
SIM error
1. The SIM card is dirty, clean it.
2. Re-set the SIM card.
3. Replacement if SIM damaged.
