not attempt to switch off the phone by directly taking out the battery, which may result in
memory loss for the information not stored in the SIM card or the phone.
Making a call
To make an international call, use “+” to replace “00” and after inputting a complete
number, press the calling key to make the call.
The right soft key is used to delete the last digit of the number. Press and hold it to clear
all the entry. When the connection is established, the call meter can be seen on the screen.
If a call cannot be established, possible reasons would be:
 “Line Busy” means the called party is busy or there is no available line in the
network.
 “Rejected” means this call is barred, for example, when call barring function is
enabled.
If the number dialed is stored in the phone, then the name corresponding to this number
will be displayed on the screen. To end a call, you can press the hang-up key or right soft
key.
Answering a call
When a call is incoming, it is prompted by ways of ringing, vibrating, vibrating and
ringing, vibrating and then ringing or light only, according to the phone’s settings.
◆ Press the calling key to answer a call.
◆ Press the hang-up key to reject a call.
If you have subscribed to the service of caller identification, the phone number of the
incoming call will be displayed on the screen. If the number has already been saved in the
phonebook, the corresponding name will also be displayed on the screen.
The way to end a call is basically the same as above.
