RT installation
4. Rotate the antenna approximately 45° toward the HT, to the
upright (or nearly upright) position, as shown in figure
6-11—then finger tighten the antenna bracket locking nuts.
The antenna is now “captured” by the antenna mount.
However, because the antenna bracket nuts are not fully
tightened, you can rotate the antenna to adjust its elevation.
