4. Rotate the antenna approximately 45° toward the HT
alignment direction (sector), to the upright position, as
shown in figure 4-12—then finger tighten the antenna
bracket locking nuts so the antenna is snug and without
excess movement.
The antenna is now “captured” by the antenna mount.
However, because the antenna bracket nuts are not fully
tightened, you can rotate the antenna to adjust its elevation.
