Each bicycle has a Recovery Code stamped into the frame. The Recovery Code can be
found on the bottom of the crank housing or the bottom of the frame.
FOR PRODUCTS OTHER THAN BICYCLES, please look for the Product ID/Model number
tag. Record these numbers:
NOTE: This information is only available on the product itself.
Write the product number below to keep it for future reference or Service Call. If the product
is stolen, give this number and a description of the product to the police. This will help them
