Steps:
1. Install the Rear Wheels (14) as shown above. The rear bushings are pre-installed
into the Frame (12) on most models. If they are not pre-installed, push each into
the frame until it is seated.
2. One Washer (15) and Nut (16) are installed on one end of the Axle (13). Slide one
Wheel onto the Axle with Hub Cap facing out.
3. Slide the Axle through the Frame.
4. Slide the other Wheel onto the Axle and install the other Washer and Nut
5. Tighten this assembly by holding both nuts with the included Sockets.
6. Install an Axle Cap (17) onto each side.
WARNING: The nylon locking nuts must be engaged on the thread to ensure rear
wheels do not come loose from the axle.
