STEPS:
1. Hold Handlebar

and put wires/cable down inside Body Hole

2. Fit Square Hole

of Handlebar over square Steering Shaft

as shown.
3. Install Bolt

fully and securely. Do not over-tighten. Gently pull up on handlebar to
check that it is secure.
STEP:
1. Press

(instrument cover) rmly into
the corresponding position on the car
body.

Maintenance
FOLLOW THESE STEPS IF THE BATTERY NEEDS TO BE REPLACED:
1. Remove seat screws and Seat.
2. Remove Hold-down Clamp and Screws

3. Pinch Connector Tab and remove Power Connector
B
and disconnect Black and Red
Wires being careful not to touch connectors to any metal surface.
4. Carefully lift out the Battery.
• Depending on the condition of the battery (i.e.: leakage) you may want to wear
protective rubber gloves before removal.
• Do not lift the battery by its connectors or cables.
5. Place the dead battery in a plastic bag.
6. Install replacement battery in same position as original and Re-connect wires – Red to
Red and Black to Black.
7. Fully install Power Connector

in Connector Slot
as shown.
8. Install Hold-down Clamp and Screws

WARNING: Ensure no wires are
pinched or bound up.
9. Re-Install Seat and Screws.
