The Recovery Code can be found on the bottom of the crank housing or the bottom of the frame. FOR PRODUCTS OTHER THAN BICYCLES, please look for the Product ID/Model number tag. Maintenance D A BRAKE ADJUSTMENT: 1. Loosen the Cable Clamp Bolt . 2. Push the Brake Arm toward the Adjusting Barrel (this applies the brake). 3. While holding the Brake Arm, pull the slack out of the Cable End (through the Cable Clamp) and tighten the Cable Clamp Bolt . Parts Assembly Drive Motor Battery Battery Fuse 14 The drive motor circuit features a thermal fuse that will automatically trip and cut all power to the vehicle if the motor, electric system or battery is overloaded. The fuse will reset and power will be restored after a short time. If the thermal fuse trips repeatedly during normal use, the vehicle may need repair. 4 WARNING: DO NOT BYPASS THE FUSE - RISK OF FIRE. This may overload and damage the electrical system.

1 Assembly STEP: A FOLLOW THESE STEPS IF THE BATTERY NEEDS TO BE REPLACED: 1. Remove seat screws and Seat. . 2. Remove Hold-down Clamp and Screws 3. Pinch Connector Tab and remove Power Connector and disconnect Black and Red Wires being careful not to touch connectors to any metal surface. 4. Carefully lift out the Battery. • Depending on the condition of the battery (i.e.: leakage) you may want to wear protective rubber gloves before removal. • Do not lift the battery by its connectors or cables. 5.

A Assembly IMPORTANT! Before using the unit for the first time the battery needs to be charged for at least 8 to 12 hours - no more than 20 hours. Once battery is depleted, recharge for 8 to 12 hours - no more than 20 hours. IMPORTANT! B E D STEPS: Check the drive battery and charger (supply cord, connector) for wear and damage before charging. Do not charge the battery if damage has occurred. Only replace with the same type and voltage rechargeable battery and charger supplied by the manufacturer.

Operation Assembly Operation Assembly FORWARD BACKWARD A B NOTE: Thumb Throttle C is variable-speed - Press more to move faster, press less to move slower.  C 1. Power switch , turns on power. 2. Put the Forward/Backward switch to FORWARD and press the Throttle Switch to move Forward. Put Switch to BACKWARD and press the Throttle Switch to move Backwards. 3. Release Throttle Switch and the unit will slow from motor friction - To stop fully or quickly, squeeze Brake Lever as needed.
