Corrosive Environments
Food processing areas can be particularly corrosive for electrical
connections, calling for an extra level of safety and protection. Hubbell
offers a wide range of plugs, connectors, and receptacles that are
specically designed to withstand corrosive environments.
• UV stabilized, chemical and oil resistant receptacle faces are impact resistant in refrigerated environments
• Nickel plated contacts and stainless steel hardware protect metallic components from corrosion
