1. The 2G registration is resumed quickly after the rejection. According to the related protocol,

the current 3G cell will be added to the Forbidden LA list, and your phone will stop

registering with that 3G network, which has a small effect on your phone.

2. Currently users who have subscribed to pure 2G services are rare to find, so such a scenario

is not common.

3.45 Why is there no audio during inter-carrier calls?

For some carriers, you may fail to hear the other party or you and the other party fail to hear

each other. Such a phenomenon has been found in iPhone and Samsung smartphones, which

is a core network issue (China Unicom).

3.46 Why is the upper left corner of my screen empty after I

set my phone to display my carrier's name?

The display solution for carrier names and signals may be different. Even though the SIM

card network registration is successful, the network may fail to upload the carrier's name. To

address this issue, restart your phone or enable and disable airplane mode.
