3.38 Why is my daily data usage refreshed to be my

monthly data plan limit after my data usage exceeds the

monthly limit?

Your phone only displays your data plan usage status. After you have used up all the data

volume covered in your data plan, the daily data usage will be refreshed to be your monthly

data plan limit.

3.39 Does my phone support SIM card hot swapping?

Yes.

Note: To avoid device damages, power off your phone before you insert or remove a SIM or

microSD card.

3.40 Why is SIM card 1 activated for emergency calls after I

select SIM card 2 under SIM card management?

SIM card selection strategy for emergency calls:

1. If both card slots have SIM cards installed and both the SIM cards are registered with

networks and functioning properly, SIM card 1 is activated for emergency calls.

2. If both card slots have SIM cards installed but only one of them is registered with a

network and functioning properly, this card is activated for emergency calls.

3. If only one card slot has a SIM card installed, this card is activated for emergency calls.

3.41 When my phone has two 3G SIM cards installed, after I

reinstall card 1, why isn't the default card activated for mobile

data and calls switched back to card 1?

1. SIM card priority for calls by default: user selection > automatic settings (the activated

single card or card 1 if two cards are activated)

2. SIM card priority for mobile data by default: user selection > automatic settings (the

activated single card or card 1 if two cards are activated)
