2.24 How do I restore my phone to its factory settings?

1. Choose Settings > Privacy & security > Backup & reset > Personal data > Factory

data reset.

2. Touch Reset phone.

2.25 How do I enable or disable safe mode?



To enable safe mode, during the startup animation, press and hold the volume down

button until Safe mode is displayed in the lower left corner of the screen.



To disable safe mode, restart your phone.

2.26 Does my phone support HDMI?

Yes.

2.27 Does my phone support TV-out?

No.

2.28 Does my phone support OTG?

Yes.

Note: OTG is a USB transmission technology that allows a phone to connect to a USB flash

drive, digital camera, or mouse and play HD videos using an OTG cable.

2.29 What can I tell from the status indicator?



Blinking: There are unread messages or missed calls.



Steady on: Your phone is connected to a USB cable to a charger.



Steady red: The battery level is low.



Steady orange: The battery level is medium.



Steady green: The battery level is higher than 90%.

2.30 Can I use other power adapters other than the

provided one to charge my phone?

Yes. Your phone has a charging protection circuit. However, it is recommended that you use
