How can I save battery power?
• When you do not need Internet access, open the notification panel and touch
to turn off your mobile data connection.
• When you do not need wireless data services, such as GPS, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi,
open the notification panel, and touch
, , or to turn off these
services.
• Touch > All > Display to reduce the screen brightness and screen timeout
period. Press to turn off the screen when your phone is not in use.
• Close applications that are not in use.
• Decrease the tone volume.
How can I free up additional phone memory?
• Open the browser and delete locally cached content.
• Uninstall applications you no longer use.
• Restore your phone to its factory settings.
How can I use HiSuite to import contacts from another phone?
Your phone supports contact files in .vcf format only.
1. Save the .vcf file to your computer.
2. On the home screen, touch then the All tab.
3. Touch Developer options > USB debugging .
4. Use a USB cable to connect your phone to the computer.
5. Download HiSuite from http://www.huaweidevice.com/worldwide and install it on
the computer.
6. On the computer, choose People > and follow the instructions to select the .vcf
file you wish to import to your phone.
7. Disconnect your phone from the computer after contacts are imported.
