Before a test, ensure that your TE30 is connected to an IP network and the IP parameters are
set correctly.

In IP address, enter an IP address that is in a different network segment from your TE30
IP address. Then select Start. If the test succeeds, the gateway settings and IP address of
your TE30 are correct.

If your TE30 is on a private network: In IP address, enter a public IP address. Then
select Start. If the test succeeds, the gateway settings, NAT address, and IP address of
your TE30 are correct.
Remote Control Tests
Test keys on the remote control to check whether they function properly. If you test only part
of the keys, you can exit the Remote Control Test screen by pressing and holding the
on the remote control.
After completing testing all the keys, you exit the Remote Control Test screen automatically.
The maximum operating distance of the remote control is 15 meters, and its performance may
be affected under bright light.
If the remote control does not work, check that:

The TE30 is powered on.

The positive and negative charges of the battery are connected correctly.

The battery has sufficient power left.

There are no special fluorescent or neon signs nearby.
