13.6 Setting the Number Key Functions

You can configure the number keys on the remote control for two-stage dialing or camera

preset control.

When your TE30 is not in a conference, and the display is in full screen mode, the number

keys on the remote control do not support two-stage dialing and can only be used to control

camera presets.

Procedure

Step 1 Choose Advanced Settings > Settings > General > Select number key function and set the

number key function.



Second Dial: Follow the instructions to press number keys to perform two-stage dialing.



Control camera preset: Press a number key to move the camera to the preset bound to

that key.

To toggle between these two options, press on the remote control.

Step 2 Select Save.

13.7 Using Diagnostics Methods

On the TE30, you can perform the following diagnostic tests: sound and color bar tests,

network tests, loopback tests, and remote control tests.

Choose Advanced Settings > Diagnostics. Use the diagnostics methods provided on the

displayed Diagnostics screen.

Figure 13-4 shows the TE30 diagnostics model.
