TE30.
The local site is set to pay
for the conference, but the
account balance of the
local site is insufficient.
Another site is to pay for
the conference, but the
corresponding account
number or password is
incorrect or the account
balance of the site is
insufficient.
Enter the account number and the
password correctly and top up the
relevant account.
Multiple conferences were
currently being held and port
resources on the
videoconferencing system are
insufficient.
If the port resources are
insufficient, you need to wait until
the resources are available or you
can reduce the number of sites
attending the conference and then
add sites as required after the
conference is held successfully.

While the TE30 is
in a conference, you
cannot view a
specific site.
A site in the conference is being
broadcast, and all the sites except the
chair site and broadcast site must view
that site.
Ask the chair site to stop
site broadcast.
A site is having the floor, and
non-chair sites cannot view specific
sites.
Ask the chair site to
perform the discussion
operation.
The chair site has performed the
Voice Activation operation.
Ask the chair site to
disable the voice activation
function.
No video is sent from the site you
wish to view.
Ask the relevant site
administrator to
troubleshoot the site video.
The View Site function is restricted
on the RM.
Contact the
videoconferencing system
administrator to solve the
problem.
