Removing the Battery and the SIM
Card
Before removing the battery and the SIM card, ensure that your
phone is powered off.
If your phone does not work properly or if crashes
occur, press the battery reset button on the right of the
SIM card slot, and then press and hold for about
3 seconds until the phone is powered on again.
