I nsert t he subscriber ident it y m odule/ UMTS subscriber ident ity
m odule ( SI M/ USI M) card into t he slot.
I ndicat or
I t indicat es t he stat us of t he E270.
 When t he E270 is powered on, t he indicat or is blink ing in green.
( The indicator is on for 100 m s and off for 100 m s, and t hen on
for 100 m s and off for 2700 m s.)
 When t he E270 has registered t o a GPRS ( GSM/ GPRS/ EDGE)
net work, t he indicator is blink ing in green. ( The indicat or is on for
100 m s and off for 2900 m s.)
 When t he E270 has registered t o a UMTS ( WCDMA/ HSPA)
net work, t he indicat or is blinking in blue. ( The indicat or is on for
100 m s and off for 2900 m s.)
 When t he E270 has been connect ed t o a GPRS net work, t he
indicat or is on in green.
 When t he E270 has been connected t o a WCDMA network, t he
indicat or is on in blue.
 When t he E270 has been connect ed t o a HSPA network , t he
indicat or is on in cyan.
 When t he E270 is rem oved, t he indicat or is off.
