Warnings and Precautions This section contains important information pertaining to the operating instructions of your device. It also contains information about how to use your device safely. Read this information carefully before using the device. Electronic Device Do not use your device if using the device is prohibited. Do not use the device when using the device causes danger or interference with electronic devices.
Potentially Explosive Atmosphere Do not use your device in any area with a potentially explosive atmosphere, and comply with all signs and instructions. The Company disclaims liability for removal or reinstallation of the product, for geographic coverage, for inadequate signal reception by the antenna or for communications range or operation of the cellular system as a whole. When sending your wireless device to Personal Communications Devices for repair or service, please note that any personal data or software stored on the device may be inadvertently erased or altered.
To obtain repairs or replacement within the terms of this Warranty, the product should be delivered with proof of Warranty coverage (e.g. dated bill of sale), the consumer’s return address, daytime phone number and/or fax number and complete description of the problem, transportation prepaid, to the Company at the address shown below or to the place of purchase for repair or replacement processing.
FOR BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN A PERIOD OF 18 MONTHS FROM DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.
