3.2. DA3100 Operation Steps

All 3 LEDs will be On for 3 sec.
If any LED is off, it indicates that
particular LED is faulty.

for 20 sec.

a. Cellular LED Flashing with
Power LED On and OBD
LED status as in Step 2
a. Carrier network registration
