All 3 LEDs will be On for 3 sec.
If any LED is off, it indicates that
particular LED is faulty.

Cellular and Power LED On

DA3100 registering network
a. Cellular LED Flashing with
Power LED On and OBD
LED status as in Step 2
a. Carrier network registration
success

b. Carrier network registration fails.
Disconnect and repeat step 1

Setting APN through SMS as
