On the text editing screen, press to select the commonly used
phrases.
Reading a Text Message
To read a text message stored in the inbox, do as follows:
1. Select Menu > Messages > Inbox.
2. Press to select a message.
3. Press to read the message, or press (Options) for the
following options:
z
Reply: to edit a message to reply to the message sender.
z
Forward: to forward the message.
z
Delete: to delete the message.
z
Create message: to create a new message.
z
Copy to phone/Copy to smart card: to copy the message to the UIM
card or the phone memory.
z
Lock /Unlock: When a text message is saved in the phone memory, you
can lock the message to prevent it from being deleted. To unlock the
message, you can select Unlock.
z
Manage: to manage multiple messages at a time.
z
List by: to sort the messages by Date, Sender, Read/unread or
Message type.
