23. Synchronizing Your Device with Your PC
Synchronize information and files between your PC and device.
Note You can refer to Chapter 5 of the User Manual to know which
information and files you can synchronize.
Set up synchronization software on your PC
Depending on the Operating System of your PC, you will need
either Microsoft ActiveSync® 4.5 (or later) or Windows Mobile®
Device Center to synchronize your device with your PC.
To synchronize your device with a Windows XP PC
Install ActiveSync 4.5 on your PC from the Getting Started
Disc.
Connect your device to your PC using the supplied USB
cable. The Synchronization Setup Wizard automatically
starts and guides you to create a synchronization
partnership. Click Next.
Clear the Synchronize directly with a server running
Microsoft Exchange check box and click Next.
Select the information types you want to synchronize and
then click Next.
