Camera
Camera basics
Whether traveling for business or fun, enjoy taking photos and videos of your trip and
encounters with HTC EVO 3D.
Be sure to plug in your storage card before you start. Photos and videos captured
with the camera will be stored onto your storage card.
§ To open the camera in photo mode and take photos, tap from the Home
screen, and then tap Camera. Or, press the CAMERA button.
§ To open the camera directly in video mode so you can immediately start
capturing videos, tap from the Home screen, and then tap Camcorder.
Switching between 3D and 2D
Shoot in 3D or 2D. You can even view your captures in 3D without the glasses.
HTC EVO 3D uses the two rear cameras to take photos and videos in 3D, and uses
one of these cameras when capturing in 2D.
Before you take a photo or record video, slide the 2D/3D mode switch to 3D or 2D
depending on which type you want to capture.
In Gallery, you also need to slide the switch to 3D to view your 3D photos and
videos.
