The wireless charger doesn't work
1 .Check if the USB port of the wireless charger is OK
2.Check if the adaptor is OK.You may try with other fast charging adaptor that meet our requirement.

Charging is interrupted or the mobile phone can not be fully charged
1 .Check if the adaptor is certified or compatible with international safety standards.
2.Check is the receiving area of the phone is aligned with the emission area of the wireless charger.
