Please refer to below terms and conditions to solve charging problem if any.
Contact your distributor or appointed service center if the problem still exists.
> The wireless charger doesn't work
1 .Check if the USB port of the wireless charger is OK
2.Check if the adaptor is OK.You may try with other fast charging adaptor that meet our requirement.
> Charging is interrupted or the mobile phone can not be fully charged
1 .Check if the adaptor is certified or compatible with international safety standards.
2.Check is the receiving area of the phone is aligned with the emission area of the wireless charger.
