instrument can't flow
the minimum current
necessary for
measurement. Check
that the terminals are
correctly connected
and the Auxiliary earth
rod connected to B4
(blue conductor) has
not been inserted in a
pebbly or poor
conductive ground. If
necessary pour some
water around the rod.
