ANWENDUNG
Zur Vermeidung falscher Drehrichtungen an Motoren
und Ausfallerkennung einzelner Phasen im
Drehstromnetz, sowie Eingrenzung der zulässigen
Netzspannung auf 207 -253V (L-N). Einphasiger Betrieb
auch möglich (L1-N).
BESCHREIBUNG
Das Gerät überwacht die drei Phasen eines Drehstrom-
netzes auf Phasenfolge, Phasenausfall, Unterspannung
und Überspannung. Das Gerät bezieht seine
Versorgungsspannung aus allen drei Phasen und N.
Das Anliegen der einzelnen Phasen wird durch separate
LED´s angezeigt.

APPLICATION
Monitoring of correct rotation, phase loss and voltage
protection (207-253V) of three-phase systems.
Or to protect a single phase system (L1-N).
DESCRIPTION
The ZDF phase measuring relay measures each of the
three phases for phase sequence, phase loss, a fix
undervoltage and a fix overvoltage. The relay is powered
from all three phases and the neutral connector.
Each phase has its own led which indicates the status.
FUNKTION
Das Messrelais schaltet in seine Arbeitsstellung sobald alle
drei Phasen 207V AC (Phasen - N) bzw. 358V überschreiten
und die Phasenfolge rechtsdrehend ist, sowie die
Spannung der drei Phasen unterhalb 253V bzw. 438V liegt.
Dieser Zustand wird durch das Leuchten der drei LED´s
angezeigt. Unter- oder Überschreitet mindestens eine der
drei Phasen die fixen Spannungen oder liegt ein
Linksdrehfeld vor, so fällt des Relais in seine Ruhelage
zurück. Bei Überwachen eines Linksdrehfeldes werden
zwei Phasen am Drehstrommessrelais ZDF miteinander
getauscht.
Zur Überwachung von Wechselstromnetzen mit 230V
Versorgungsspannung müssen die Phasenanschlüsse L1
und L2 gebrückt werden und L3 darf nicht angeschlossen
werden. Ebenso ist hierzu ein Neutralleiteranschluss
notwendig.

FUNCTION
The measuring relay switches into its work position as soon
as all three phases are between 207V AC and 253V (phases
– N) and the phase sequence turns clockwise. This status is
indicated by all three red leds. The relay switches into its rest
position if at least one of the phases is not in the correct
voltage value or a counter clockwise rotation occurs. To
monitor a possible counter clockwise rotation, simply switch
the connections of two of the three phases.
To protect a single phase system with only one power line
230V it is necessary to bridge the connectors L1 and L2 and
L3 must be free.
