ANWENDUNG
Einsetzbar als Tiefentladeschutz oder Laderegler
für Unterspannungsüberwachung und Überladeschutz bei
Blei-Akkumulatoren.
FUNKTION
Das Spannungsmessrelais ZBW überwacht die an den
Klemmen A1/A2 anliegende Gleichspannung. Auf der
Frontplatte befinden 3 Potentiometer zur Einstellung des
Überspannungswertes U<, des Unterspannungswertes
U> und der Verzögerungszeit t (0...10 min).
Die Funktion Tiefentladeschutz oder Laderegler lässt sich
über eine Kontaktbrücke zwischen T und V auswählen.

Laderegler (Batterie wird im Einschaltmoment geladen):
Das Relais zieht bei Anlegen der Versorgungsspannung
an und schaltet in seine Ruhelage (fällt ab) sobald die zu
überwachende Spannung den Einstellwert an U>
überschreitet (Ladeschlussspannung).
Das Relais zieht erneut an, wenn die zu messende
Spannung unterhalb von Einstellwert U< (Akku ist leer)
liegt und die eingestellte Verzögerungszeit abgelaufen ist.
Dieser Zustand wird durch das Leuchten der gelben LED
angezeigt.
Tiefentladeschutz (Batterie wird im Einschaltmoment
entladen)
Das Relais zieht bei Anlegen der Versorgungsspannung
an. Das Relais fällt ab, wenn die zu messende Spannung
unterhalb von Einstellwert an U< (Akku ist leer) liegt und
die eingestellte Verzögerungszeit abgelaufen ist.
Das Relais zieht an, wenn die zu messende Spannung
oberhalb von Einstellwert U> ist. Dieser Zustand wird
durch das Leuchten der gelben LED angezeigt.

APPLICATION
Useable for low voltage protection and charging controller
for under voltage controlling and over charging protection
for batteries.
FUNCTION
The voltage measuring relay ZBW controlls a DC voltage
connected to the terminals A1/A2. At front panel are 3
potentiometers for adjustment of the level of over voltage
U<, under voltage U> and delay time t (0...10min).
The funktions low voltage protection or charching
controller is selectable by bridging of T and V .

Charching controller:
When power supply will be connected the output relay is in
working position and switches back in it´s rest position if
the measured voltage is over the adjusted value U>
(battery is full).
The output relay switches again in working position as
soon the measured voltage is below the adjusted value U<
(battery is empty) and the adjusted delay time is elapsed.
In this state of output relay the yellow led is on.

The relay is engize when power supply will be connected
till the measured voltage is lower as the adjusted value U>
(battery is empty) and the adjusted delay time is elapsed
then the relay switches in it´s rest position.
The relay switches back in working position, if the
measured voltage is higher as the adjusted value U<. In
this state the yellow LED is on.
