Variations on these flat fees include:
 For communities with populations under 10,000:
o $25 per hour.
 For communities with populations between 10,000 and 30,000:
o Base fee of $300 plus $10 per acre;
o Base fee of $500 plus $5 per acre plus $250;
o Included in the SUP application fee ($125). This must be paid for Planning and Zoning
Commission reconsideration. The fee covers the first ¼ acre and varies according to the
size of the property;
o Included in the SUP which is $450 if less than 10 acres and $1.600 if greater than 10
acres;
o Fee range from $300 to $500
 For communities with populations between 110,001 and130,000:
o $100 per acre or portion thereof for the site plan, and $200 plus postage for notification
of the SUP request;
o $200 to $250 through the Planning Department for special permits.
 For communities with populations between 210,000 and 230,000:
o Not applicable – no CUP or SUP in the code.
