Variations on these flat fees include:
 For communities with populations under 10,000:
o $25 per hour.
 For communities with populations between 10,000 and 30,000:
o Base fee of $350 plus $7.50 per lot;
o No extra fee for revision of site plan for building permit;
o $100 per page;
o Varies dependent on size;
o Depends on the revisions.
 For communities with populations between 110,001 and130,000:
o $100 per acre or portion thereof.
 For communities with populations between 210,000 and 230,000:
o Would be filed as a new case and subject to a fee range of $500 to $2,950 depending
upon acreage involved (for a formal zoning change only).
