Added fees Associated with Information Requested by Reviewing Body: An overwhelming
majority of responding communities did not cite any additional fees; however, the exceptions to this are
summarized below.
 Under 10,000 populations: Fees vary; however, actual costs are passed on to the applicant.
 10,000 – 30,000 population: Fees range between $0 and $100;
 30,001 – 50,000 population: Fees range between $0 and $100.
Additional Fees Associated with Resubmission of a SDP: As before, most of the respondents do
not apply a fee for the resubmission of a site plan. For those communities that apply a fee, the
associated costs are summarized below.
 10,000 – 30,000 population: Direct costs attributed to studies, legal, etc.; 0.5% of approved
engineer’s estimate for each review following 3 reviews.
 50,001 – 70,000 population: Fee range of $0 - $175.
