Variations on these flat fees include:
 For communities with populations under 10,000:
o Flat fee of $35 if the subject site is less than one acre. For projects that exceed one
acre the city applies $10 per additional acre
 For communities with populations between 10,000 and 30,000:
o Base fee of $500 plus $200 per acre – above one acre;
o 1.75% of an approved Engineers Opinion of Probable Cost;
o Actual cost of time and materials;
o 3% of approved engineer’s estimate;
o Range of $200 - $500;
o $40 per parking space; public hearing fee of $480; and “unspecified” engineering review
and SWM review fees.
 For communities with populations between 50,001 and 70,000:
o Fee range of $50 to $500.
