Variations on these flat fees include:
 For communities with populations under 10,000:
o $75 to $175 depending upon location.
 For communities with populations between 10,000 and 30,000:
o $75 for parcels under one acre; $100 for parcels over one acre.
 For communities with populations between 190,000 and 210,000:
o Added fee for Zoning Board of Adjustment.
Added fees Associated with Information Requested by Reviewing Body: An overwhelming
majority of responding communities do not cite any additional fees; however, the exceptions to this are
summarized below.
 Under 10,000 populations: Flat fee of $250.
 10,000 – 30,000 population: Flat fee of $500; Actual cost of engineering review and traffic study
(if necessary); Notice fee of $2 per parcel within 250 feet of the development cite.
Additional Fees Associated with Resubmission of a SDP: As before, most of the respondents do
not apply a fee for the resubmission of a site plan. For those communities that apply a fee, the
associated costs are summarized below.
 190,001 – 210,000 population: Flat fee of $80 for third and subsequent submittals.
